QUALITY MONITORING
Quality represents a strategic objective and a key factor for managing the business development of public transport companies; making quality means adapting your service to the real needs and expectations of acquired and potential customers to increase their level of satisfaction.
SAVDA provides a service quality monitoring system designed to consider:
- the standards (promised level) relating to corporate quality indicators;
- the overall level of perception of quality factors;
- the progress of the complaint phenomenon.
The detection of the degree of achievement of the objectives set by SAVDA S.p.A. it is used to outline plans for progressive improvement and / or maintenance of the services rendered.
The results achieved (the quality levels achieved and detected), with respect to the objectives, are published annually in order to make it possible for third parties to verify the quality level of the service achieved in relation to what is promised.
In particular, by March 31 of each year, the company prepares a summary report on the results obtained in the previous year.
